The company is equipped with over 10 CNC turning-milling composite machines and several turning-grinding composite machines, laying a solid foundation for mold manufacturing. The turning-milling composite functionality enhances processing flexibility by integrating turning and milling operations, while the turning-grinding composite machines achieve seamless integration of turning and grinding, ensuring high-precision surface treatment for components.



Equipped with over ten Taiwan-funded EDM machines, Qimai Mould utilizes electrical discharge machining (EDM) technology to process conductive materials. This method is specifically used for machining inner holes in molds for screws, nuts, and similar components. It is particularly suitable for molds with irregular head shapes, blind holes, or varying hole sizes, making it an irreplaceable process for processing tungsten steel inner holes. Its advantages include high processing precision, fine surface treatment, and stable machining efficiency.

Equipped with several imported slow wire-cutting machines, this technology represents an efficient CNC machining solution. It utilizes a continuously moving thin metal wire as an electrode to precisely erode and cut workpieces through pulsed spark discharge. Primarily applied for high-precision, high-efficiency tungsten steel mold processing, it is especially suitable for machining deep-hole mold components with complex shapes, micro-scale dimensions, and stringent surface quality requirements. This effectively extends the service life of molds and enhances the quality of stamped components.
