Equipped with over ten Taiwan-funded EDM machines, Qimai Mould utilizes electrical discharge machining (EDM) technology to process conductive materials. This method is specifically used for machining inner holes in molds for screws, nuts, and similar components. It is particularly suitable for molds with irregular head shapes, blind holes, or varying hole sizes, making it an irreplaceable process for processing tungsten steel inner holes.
